Monthly bookkeeping
Simple pricing that scales with your transaction volume.
Monthly bookkeeping begins at $150 for businesses with up to 75 transactions per month. If your monthly activity exceeds 75 transactions, the additional activity is billed at $2 per transaction.

Monthly service is designed for routine bookkeeping. Work outside the regular scope is discussed and quoted before it begins whenever possible.

- Tax filing, tax planning, legal advice, or assurance services
Pricing notes: A transaction generally means a bank-feed, credit-card,
sales, expense, transfer, payment, deposit, cheque, or other accounting entry requiring
review or recording. Transaction volume and scope may be reviewed periodically. Prices are
in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Final pricing may vary where
records are incomplete, activity is unusually complex, or additional services are required.
New client offer terms: The 50% first-month offer applies to eligible
recurring monthly bookkeeping services for new Nova Ledgers clients only. It does not apply
to catch-up bookkeeping, clean-up projects, setup, tax services, government fees,
third-party charges, or other non-recurring services. One offer per business. Nova Ledgers
may modify or end this promotion for future inquiries.
